Founded by Melanie Houchens, the movement brings women together through conferences, resources, and community to confront the beliefs behind their starting and stopping—and make decisions that give them something to be proud of in their own lives.

In September 2026, approximately 200 women gathered in Richmond, Virginia, for the first The Woman Who Finishes™ conference, with women traveling from across the country to attend.
